So I’m nearing my 5th week after birth and the hubs and I are having a hard time waiting to have sex. Is it okay to use toys or fingers before my 6 weeks is up?

Wait until your doctor clears you. My doctor clears patients at 4 weeks for vaginal deliveries if everything went smoothly and such

My midwife told me that (for uncomplicated vaginal deliveries) all you need is to wait for any stitches to be gone and to stop bleeding
