Lesson learned
Went to visit my sister in law today and though ohhh I’ll nurse before we go and while we’re gone I’ll give her a bottle then nurse and pump when I get home....fast forward about 3 hours and my boobs are so hard. Stopped at a target on our way home to get a manual pump so I could pump while we drove.
Lessons learned...keep a manual pump in the diaper bag
Plus side is I just pumped the most I’ve ever pumped before so she has an extra bottle for later
