Are these contractions?

I was told last night when I was in labor and delivery for preterm labor that the nurse was seeing contractions on the monitor and that she was told by the doctor that I needed to be monitored for an hour to make sure they slowed down. Then not even 10 minutes later and doctor came in and told me that I wasn’t having any contractions even though I could see them on the monitor! I’m just super confused now and definitely want to bring it up with my actual OB on Monday. The first picture is a small section of what they monitored, the bottom is me, so I have my facts straight are those small contractions or not?
