What does this mean?

I thought today day 1 of my cycle so I took a  test. (Turns our my period isn’t actually over) and I got this. Does this mean I’m ovulating while at the end of my period?

Just out of curiosity, take a pregnancy test. I had what i thought was my period and a couple days later checked lh to monitor ovulation and it was peak three days in a row. I tried a pregnancy test and it was positive. It’s a weird fluke thing but it happened to a friend of mine too 🤷🏻‍♀️

The first day your period started is cycle Day 1. Not the day it ends.
