Sorry if TMI

36+5 almost 36+6 close to midnight here. Currently having mild cramps in lower abdomen and light pain in upper on both sides. Also had bloody show a few hours ago. And now my boobs feel like they're on fire and I have (sorry if TMI) but bad diarrhea. I called the on call. Currently waiting a call back. But am I in labor? I had a completely different labor with my first. Sorry if this post is unnecessary, but could take 45 minutes to hear back from on call.
