Premature babies with jaundice

Any mommas have their babies early with high levels of jaundice? My LO was born June 17th but his due date was July 10th. We were in the hospital Monday to Saturday and have had to do repeat blood work tests to check his jaundice levels. During our postpartum stay he had 1 24 hour phototherapy session but tonight we got the call from the doc to come back for more phototherapy. We were readmitted and he’s currently under the light now until they check his levels in the morning.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I know my hormones are a bit out of whack cause I’m missing my 17 month old at home and blaming myself for this little guys levels.
