Scared of birth

Is anyone else like really scared of giving birth? I'm going to be 6 months pregnant soon and its getting so real. I recently read that 95% of women tear during the birth of their first child (seriously why don't you ever hear about this more?).

I guess I was under the impression that the women who tore were very small or giving birth to huge babies.
