Cramping during and after orgasm

This has been something that comes and goes since 2017. It’ll last for a few weeks to months and then disappear again. It came back again and I’m not sure why. I’ve had a Pap smear sept 2018 that only showed hpv high risk. No STDs, no cancerous cells, so I’m not sure what this is. I don’t have ovarian cysts. I feel like I’m the only person that deals with this. I search the web and there’s no articles about what causes pain during orgasm
