MAM bottles

Has anyone had issues with MAM bottles and breastfeeding? I give my baby some expressed milk when im away in a MAM bottle which he is happy to drink from but after he’s used them for a while, breastfeeding has become painful. I don’t know whether it’s because a bottle has given him nipple confusion or whether it the the MAM bottles specifically causes the problem and I just need to switch brands rather than stopping bottles all together. I was wonder whether anyone else has experienced anything similar? Thanks x
