Am I the bad person?

My boyfriend works constantly, he works through the night. He comes to bed with my less than 10% of the time.

He says he’ll do things then doesn’t. Some of these things affect me and some don’t, but I can almost be sure he he verbally says he’s going to do something, there’s about a 10% chance he will.

If I call him out on any of this, he says I’m being horrible & nasty. I don’t think I am. I think he’s never going to change and I need to grow a backbone & leave. But am I giving up too easily & taking the easy way out?
