Health/dieting tips!! I’m struggling please help!!

I’m just hoping anyone can share any dieting/exercise tips and routines I can start doing at home/outside because I don’t have a gym membership and I’m not the best cook.

I got married October 2018 and since then I have gained 15-20lbs in just a few months. I have always been a thicker girl and carried my weight really well it didn’t look like I weighed as much as I did. I’m 5’2 and was a steady 180-190 the last 7 years now I’m in the 200s and I feel so disgusted with myself and lost a lot of confidence I had.

I started drinking meal replacement shakes in April-May and was walking/jogging 3 times a week, counting calories and lost 7lbs in about 4-5 weeks but then I lost some motivation and got depressed because I wasn’t seeing a difference and started to eat badly again and gained it back in 3 weeks. I’m really hoping to lose 30+ lbs in the next year because I’m wanting to get pregnant in the next year or two and I really don’t want to be high risk and I want to be healthy for my children and husband and not struggle losing the weight afterwards.
