An Important Lesson

Today, thanks to the lovely lady at the deli, I learned a valuable lesson in life.

Apparently... when you’re 1 week postpartum, it is offensive to others to wear 7 inch high heels.

She also taught me that when I’m 40 years old, I won’t like the same things I did when I was 20. Therefore, will regret all of my tattoos.

To this I say:

I’m wearing heels because they make me feel like I have my shit together. Something I really needed after spending an entire day with stains on a tank top from my nipples leaking.

As for my tattoos, I hope I don’t lose my love of flowers and my Christian Faith in 15 years. That would make me sad.
