Breastfeeding and sick

I cannot catch a break right now. When my son was only a few weeks old and I was trying to recover from a c section with many complications, I got a severe stomach flu. It went through my husband two year old and worst me but thank god the baby was ok. Thank you breastfeeding antibodies! Now somehow I’m so sick again! Another stomach flu with a fever, wtf?!?! I haven’t had anything like this in literally ten years and now twice in 3 months. I so so hope the baby is ok again... breastfeeding him and having him asleep next to me makes me so nervous even tho I know the milk should help. Sorry for the feverish rant this is just SO hard 😭😭😭

any suggestions? I took Tylenol.
