Squeezing colostrum?

Is it bad to squeeze a little out? Not ervry day or anything but just on occasion? 
Or even when me and my husband are intimate sometimes he gets it in his mouth?? It does release some pressure but is it safe?

Nipple stimulation is fine! It only kick starts labor when the rest of your body is ready for the baby to come. It kind of works like a little push over the edge when everything is all set and ready but it will not start labor out of nowhere. Honestly it’s kinda crazy to me how people are commenting here telling you it’s not safe. If you do some research you will see that it is fine and you have nothing to be worried about😊

No it’s not bad unless you’ve been told not to do nipple stimulation.

I wouldn’t unless you wanna induce. My doc said to start pumping so i can get things going.

You should avoid nipple stimulation because it can cause contractions. If you are having a lot of discomfort applying cold to your breasts will do wonders. You may leak some and that's ok but try putting refrigerated lettuce leafs on your breasts or even going swimming the cold will relieve a lot of pain
