Can someone tell me what Keto is?

I feel so late 😭 I looked it up but it’s kinda confusing. Is it a diet or like supplements or something? Help pleaseee

Keto is a diet where you intake a low number of carbs or sugars. Both of my parents have been doing it for almost a year and they have lost a TON of weight.

Basically healthy food, less than 20% carbohydrates intake per day, low to 0% sugar
 Carb Manager app is good to help with micro calories and explain things too
It's not for everyone because it's not exactly something everyone is willing to do the rest of their lives but it works for some people. 
Our bodies use our carb supply aka stored fat as energy. Keto starves your body of carbs, like breads, and forces it to use the fuel you're eating from protein and healthy fats like oils. If you're diabetic or have health problems- TALK TO A DOCTOR FIRST.
