Help! I feel aroused but my body doesn’t respond

Hi,

I’m 31, TTC with my boyfriend of 10 years. I went through one cycle of Letrozole and I jus finished my second Saturday. Even though I love my boyfriend dearly I have been having such a low sex drive which clearly isn’t conducive to our ultimate goal. When we have sex I think I’m aroused but when it’s time for the deed. Nope. Zilch. Nada. Barely any lubrications. It’s frustrating. Is there any lubrications, preferably natural based products that anyone could recommend for me.
