High blood pressure? 38 weeks

My dr told me to monitor my BP because it was high a couple weeks ago, and she told me had it been high at last weeks appointment they would have sent me to deliver. But since it wasn’t she told me to just monitor it at home between visits. My next appointment is Wednesday July 3rd. But this has been my BP readings today. She told me to watch for 140/90. I can’t remember if it’s either number, or if both has to be that high. I’ve never dealt with BP before. Should I call or just go in? I need advice. FTM, sorry.
