lost part of mucus plug
This morning in the shower while washing, I noticed about a dime-sized hunk of mucus on the washcloth. It wasn’t bloody but it definitely was not normal discharge. I’m 29 weeks with a short cervix. Has anyone else lost part of theirs? Does it even regenerate at this point? I called my midwife and she said to just keep an eye on myself for contractions or extra fluid leakage. FTM so I know this could be way normal, just seeking others’ experiences
