So my husband preaches at this little congregation every once in awhile. There’s this little elderly lady who is so sweet and kinda quite. Yesterday morning she mentioned something about quilting a baby blanket and I thought she was just talking about for someone else. Later that evening she comes up to me and hands me a bag. I waited until after service that evening to look inside. This poor woman quilted a baby blanket for me but that’s not all.

She put some baby socks inside. I don’t know whether she thinks I’m pregnant or something. But last time I checked I wasn’t pregnant, I was just fat. My mother-in-law said “hopefully it’s not a sign”. I hope not as well cause I want to lose 60 pounds and finish school first. But this just cracked me up. I told my husband that I’ll take it as a compliment that I hold my weight well.
