What to buy for second baby

So I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant with my second baby. My first is 2 and will be about 2 and a half when the baby is born. We kept basically everything from our first (car seat, stroller, crib, swing, bouncer, jumper, baby carrier, toys). I want to create a small registry in case my parent decide to throw a shower/sprinkle for us. I did start one and added a few things I could think of (swaddles, teethers, and pacifiers) but I can’t really think of what else I should add. Any ideas/suggestions?
