I’ve seen a bunch of progression photos in here and I was just wondering how you guys started with losing weight ? I know I’m really just over thinking it...
Before I had my second child I was on my weight loss journey and lost 20lbs before getting pregnant and well now that she is 6 months old and starting to get more independent I want to start working on my weight again. Current Weight is 280lbs and I’m looking to get to 164lbs..
