Weight gain. Feeling defeated.
I had my Lo a year ago. Ive really been trying to eat healthy. I started a workout program 2 weeks ago. I feel better, I feel like I’ve been losing weight. But I stepped on the scale and have gained 1.7 lbs in a week.....what is happening. I drink 3-4 32fl oz water bottles a day, I don’t eat starches or carbs. Lots of raw veggies and fruit. Lots of protein. I’m just feeling so defeated.
