Heartburn: acid reflux ?
I have the worst burning sensation in my belly. Mostly the top m. Not my chest though. Although it has been traveling occasionally to my chest. Pretty sure its heart burn or acid reflux. How to I stop it ?! I have taken tums and tried milk. It’s not working 😢😢😢 it’s so I comfortable.
