Watery Discharge?

Today, after some shower sex with my hubby😍, I noticed a small clear spot in my panties. I'm used to having discharge after he finishes inside me if I simply use the bathroom and wipe and don't have time to shower yet. However, I immediately washed up afterward since we were already in there so I should have been dry/clean. This was this morning. I just changed right before I had to come to work, panties included. I just went to the bathroom and there's another watery puddle! I've never experienced thin, clear discharge like this is just like water. I also began experiencing a sour almost metallic taste in my mouth briefly in the evening yesterday. I'm 10 dpo still waiting until next week to test but curious this might mean something🤔🙈
