What is this discharge ?

I had a miscarriage Sunday 06/23 I was 12 weeks and Wednesday I had intercourse Bc I wasn’t bleeding anymore so it’s been a week since I had a miscarriage and intercourse and was wondering could I be ovulating due to my discharge looking like this I also took a pregnancy test to see if it would be negative but it was positive, is there a possibility I could be pregnant a week after a miscarriage or no has anyone got pregnant a week after their miscarriage or maybe I’m just ovulating ?
