Pregnancy symptoms? (Long winded sorry)

So, I’m 7 days late, my feet are swelling very very easily, (given I am a gas station cashier and stand on my feet 30+ hours a week, 8-10 hours at a time.), but within 20 minutes of being at work my feet start swelling and by the time I get home my ankles and feet are so swollen that there are deep imprints from my socks, since I got pregnant with my daughter I basically preferred Sweets over regular food and ended up losing a lot of weight bc I didn’t eat regularly and now it either gives me really bad heartburn or makes me nauseous, I can’t get enough famous bowls from KFC, if I could it would be the only thing I’d ever eat again, I would be happy, I can’t seem to get enough to drink and coffee also makes me nauseous now, I pee every 10-15 minutes and I’m tired ALL THE TIME and my boobs are sore.

Even though I’m still getting negative results could these be pregnancy symptoms? These just started ab a week ago. Could it just be too early?
