There is no need. You probably wont have your milk come in for about 3 days. And at the time your babies stomach is the size of a grape. If for some reason you would need it the hospitals have one for you to use.

Im bringing mine cause my hospital sends a lactation consultant to help make sure you're using the pump right and everything so I'll be able to ask any questions and stuff since I'm a FTM but you don't have to bring one if you don't want to

Call your hospital and see what they say. Mine recommended to bring it, because you may need/want to use it depending on your situation. That way you can use your own pump and the nurses can help you get familiar with it if you haven't used one before.

I'll probably take my hand pump, just in case I want to use it. I had a hard time BF my first, so i want to be ready to add in a few pumps to help my milk come in.
