What is wrong with me?

This has NEVER happened before, ever since like 2 weeks before my period started and now after my period has ended this blood like plasma comes out of my vagina when I pee/use the toilet. I’ve not touched it but it looks quite thick in consistency.

I’m not in any pain at all and I know 100% that I don’t have clamidiya or gonorrhoea as I’ve been tested twice since I last had sex in the beginning of March.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it worth going to a doctor about?

I’m also on the pill but I have been for over 2 years now and this has never happened.

(also I do drink a lot of water this is was my first pee of the day, hence why it’s so yellow)
