Fiancee finally wants to get married because I'm pregnant

I don't know how to feel about this. Its like yay we're gett married but it all due to this surprise baby. We've been together for 16 years. Engaged 7. We havent gotten married because we know our parents can't help pay for it. We want an actual wedding not a court house stop. I don't know how to feel. We still haven't told our families yet. We're waiting til my Birthday. I'll be 8 weeks then.

My emotional roller coaster ride is almost to much to handle right now.
