It’s heartbreaking

I love my man so much. Living together is good, we’re engaged. We postponed the wedding cause we got pregnant. But in the time that I’ve been pregnant I’ve kind of questioned being with him because of parenting differences and the fact that I am a high risk pregnancy, But he didn’t help me build a fence or clean the house or would complain if I asked for help. I’m not on bedrest at the hospital and he visits me the least out of everyone. And when he is here and I ask for help and it takes him a minute to get off his phone and help me. And now I just saw messages with him and his best friend and it mentioned dirty pics his friend sent of his gf to my fiancé like a “dude look at how hot she is” type thing.

Now I’m wondering about our relationship. I thought for sure he was the one, but he won’t take care of me when I’m pregnant with his baby?
