Misshapen gestational sac HELP!

A little background on me and this pregnancy. I had a MC in June of 2018 and then a missed MC in January 2019. I am now pregnant with our rainbow baby. This U/S was taken @ 6w+2 and doc said my gestational sac is misshapen. I have a yolk sac as well but no fetal pole was identified. My hcg has continued to doubled every 2-3 days and I have had spotting since I got my BFP. At first the doctors told me they thought it was a molar pregnancy but now they’re saying it may be a blighted ovum. Has anyone had any experience with this? I know with a BO your levels can increase but I’ve now been 3 days and the spotting has stopped. Can anyone help??? I have another U/S on the 15th and until then I’m just trying to keep myself sane.
