My Sister was Raped

I need some advice. From anyone who has been through, or has helped someone who has been sexually assaulted and or raped.

I am driving several hours right now to go be with my sister who was raped last night. I want to know what helped you or someone else get though it, any words that helped you more than others?

Police took her bedding and clothes (including her FAVORITE) blanket, and I'm picking a similar one up on the way so she's not without ( she's very upset not to have it) .

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
