Hcg 606-815

I have some nerve pain Wednesday night I went to the Er around 3-4 am Thursday they tested my blood it was at 606 from 330 Monday I spotted last night and I ended up going back today because I’m scared they checked my levels today and they are not doubling but they went to 815 in one day. Idk. Has anyone had levels like this and went full term
