Gender confusion? 🤷🏻‍♀️🙃

My girlfriend and I got our ultrasounds done at the same private place. She was 15w 5days and I was 16 weeks exactly. I feel like they just look so different! We were both told boy although they put mine in an envelope so idk how sure she really was. Could I possibly just have a very swollen girl?! I can’t see a scrotum on the potty shot unless it’s in the really dark area and the umbilical cord is also visible. I do plan on having them confirm at my 20 week anatomy scan on the 22nd also.
