Easing anxiety

Not sure if it’s pregnancy hormones or because of all the stress I’ve been under since I found out about my pregnancy (couldn’t really do much to take that stress away) but my anxiety has been through the roof lately. I get anxiety over everything & over nothing. I’ll be alone & feeling anxious, I wake up from a nap & feel anxious. Is there any good tips? I feel so much adrenaline in my chest, my heart it just sucks cause idk what is causing it or how to make it go away. I’m seeing a therapist but so far the breathing exercises & all of that seem to not help with the type of anxiety I’m having😪
