what kind of bite is this???

i went to a friends house and my other friend and i got bit up and they haven’t gone away yet? what kind of bite is it and how do i treat it? i don’t have any calamine lotion. a picture is attached.. my apologies for the hairy leg 😅

edit: he has 2 dogs, but he told me they go to the vet every 2 weeks to get cleaned for fleas..

edit: i talked to my moms friend who works in a hospital, she said that there’s bed bugs in the hospital but they look nothing like what i have. she’s going to bring me some anti-itch cream to my work tomorrow and offered to bring me to the doctors monday. thank you everyone!
