Incision picture - Help? Infected?

I hate to post on here but doctors offices are closed and im a little worried..

Does this look infected? Theres a small pimple like head, its been passed 6 weeks since i had galbladder removal so it wasnt a open wound, but i went swimming on the first of july could it of irritated my incision? I did get sick like 2 days after swimming figured it was because of germs from the public pool or whatever. But the sickness seems to be going away? It doesnt itch or hurt.. 🤔
