Help I'm so scared!!😭

I recently found out I'm pregnant, 6 weeks and 3 days today, I drank some water and had to pee, when I wiped I saw some brown discharge, I got so scared, I went back to pee after a short time and had more brown discharge and some clots, not enough to fill a pad, only when I wiped, I saw this. I'm so scared I'm having a miscarriage, this is my 1st pregnancy. Has this ever happened to anyone and the baby turned out to be fine??I know some brown spotting is normal but I'm worried about the clots I saw. I can't see the doctor til Monday, freaking out don't want to lose my baby 😭😭😭
