Bleeding after sex

I’m five weeks pregnant. This morning after intercourse I had some bleeding; like it was coming out of me like urine (didn’t have to put on a pad or panty liner) but it was enough to color the toilet water. . This happened the last time we had sex; last week, before I knew I was pregnant; I assumed that was implantation. Has this happened to anyone? Am I miscarrying again😩?
