Sore sensitive breasts

Cycle started on 6/26 and ended on 7/1. I’m not supposed to ovulate until next week yet I woke up with sore sensitive breasts this morning. I typically don’t start to feel sore until a few days after I ovulate so this has confused me a bit. My cycles are 99% on time with 28 days in between. Could this mean that I may have ovulated earlier than expected? We have been TTC for 2 years come August so any little difference in my cycle always throws me off.
