Inconsiderate bf?

So- I had to take plan b, it made my next period really awful and more painful than ever. Boyfriend was aware, I asked if he could rub my back. He did after me begging, then did a crappy job for about 3 min. When I was out of town at a prior point a couple months before I experienced my 2nd worse period. He said “if you were in town rn I’d bring you chocolate and candy, whatever you’d want.” When I was in town, he came to my house let me buy him and me lunch and got mad at me for not responding to his texts when he knew I was writhing in pain. Am I over reacting for being upset?
