Anyone have a Motif Luna breast pump?

Does anyone use this pump!?? It’s not even on YouTube😱😭 I got it in today and wanted to just start it up and make sure it worked etc before storing it away. I’m trying to figure out if I’m doing something wrong or they sent me a broken one. It comes on and the numbers work, I can change the settings etc. But it’s making very little to no sound and has no suction. I’ve checked the white rings inside even though they came preinstalled but they only fit in one way unlike the pumps I’ve used with my first baby. I’m at a loss.
