I lost my baby at 14 weeks...

So, this was the last time I got to see my baby alive... I’m supposed to be 14 weeks pregnant, but I haven’t been to the doctor since the 7 week mark. I’ve been waiting for my medicate to be approve since I’m young and didn’t have the insurance to cover my pregnancy. I’ve been spotting for a few weeks after the 8 week mark and everyone has been telling me that it’s normal in the first trimester, I believed it because I read about it too, but I still felt like something was very wrong. I got really sick about a week ago and I went to the hospital to get things checked out. They told me that the baby doesn’t have a heartbeat and stopped growing at 8 weeks. I was and still am devastated and if anyone else has gone through this, I could really use some advice to help me get through this loss...
