Anyone who’s naturally passed a missed miscarriage, help?

Hi guys 
I’m 10 weeks with a baby that stopped growing at 6w1d
I was going to take misoprostol in a week if I didn’t pass naturally by then 
I’ve heard that medication causes extremely bad cramps though
I believe I’m starting to naturally miscarry today (dark brown blood starting to spot) 
And I was curious 
Is it going to be as painful to pass naturally? 
Should I expect heavy cramping? I know there will be heavy bleeding  (I’ve had 3 other miscarriages but 2 ended in d&c and 1 was an early loss) 
Just wondering what to expect with cramping?!

I had a miscarriage back in January. Honestly, it was a horrible experience and I’m so sorry for your loss. I started bleeding went to the ER and they told me that i was starting to miscarry and the day after that it became heavier bleeding, passing big blood clots, even passed a huge sac so I thought I was done. Next day passed a couple more sac looking clots, those were the worst. I felt them coming out. Still bleeding, lots of blood. It was super scary. I was bleeding for about 3 days then went to the doctor because I already had an appointment scheduled, I got checked to see if everything was out and it wasn’t so he put me on the medicine, took that medicine 2 times and it did nothing besides give me intense contraction like cramps. He ended up having to take the rest out himself. 
Everything about a miscarriage is painful and horrifying. Try to rest and keep an eye on how much you’re bleeding as well just to make sure you aren’t overly bleeding.

I am currently in the middle of my miscarriage. I had an ultrasound at 7wks that showed no baby in my sac and it took two weeks for my body to recognize the miscarriage. I started having painful cramps on Wednesday and by yesterday, they had me in tears and I was passing large pieces of tissue. And by mid-afternoon I was bleeding through a maxi pad in less than 30 minutes, so I had my husband leave work to rush me to the ER where they had to scrape out as much as they could and I passed a very large piece of tissue in the bathroom. I lost ALOT of blood and went through a big bag of fluids in like 45 minutes and still didn’t need to pee. I had been in so much pain the past 3 days that I wasn’t eating or drinking like I was supposed to. Today, I’m living on the couch in my nightgown and not exerting myself bc it will make me start bleeding bad and cramping again. I hope yours goes by quickly, bc it’s miserable. I’m a week in and I just want it to be over.

I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks. Baby stopped growing at 7 weeks. Took my body 2 weeks to realize baby stopped. I had extreame cramping for about 3 days on and off. Then more really bad cramping when it officially happened. So sorry to hear❤️

I had the same exact situation. I took the pills to start it and it started within 2 hours after and I thought I was going to die for a good 20 minutes but after it passed I felt so amazing. I hurt that I had to experience it, I felt like it was time to move on. Everything came out and I could say good bye and start trying again soon enough. If I would of waited for it to come naturally I would have drove myself crazy. I will never take the pills again , it will be a D&C for sure. But everyone has there own experience.

Hi sweetie. I am so sorry for your loss. This is so very hard no matter how many weeks you are. Yes, the brown is normal and it will begin to pick up. Your emotions might be all over the place but it’s important not to judge yourself or what you are feeling regardless it is all normal for you. I felt so physically drained and sad. I am about 6 weeks post miscarriage and I am just starting to feel like myself. You are strong mama- keep your head up!

I had a mc in March and everything uterine lining with babys sack attached came out whole in my sleep. I had cramping like a period with bleeding and it kind of felt like gas cramps. I honestly dont cramp for periods though so I dont have a whole lot to gauge it by. It wasnt that bad pain wise though for me and I was around 6 to 7 weeks. Sorry you're going through this and I hope it's not bad for you!

When you pass the clots/baby, the pain is like intense cramping but for me the rest of the time was just heavy bleeding with extremely mild cramping. I think I passed 2 large clots and then small ones for 2 days. The large clots had me doubled over but they both passed within 30 mins of each other.

I had a MMC back in November. I was 12 weeks but baby stopped growing at 8. I passed completely naturally. I was not offered a d&c or medication. There was so much blood, so many clots. It was painful - I almost felt like I was having contractions. It would be intense pain for about a minute, then it stopped completely and I felt a rush of blood and clots. This repeated itself many times. The massive amount of clots took about three days to pass, and then it was like heavy period bleeding for two weeks. I went to the ER 3 times and was never offered any help. I even needed a blood transfusion a few weeks later. If you can get a d&c, I would get one. Praying for you and your strength during this time 💛
