Enoxaparin Injection

When I had my stillborn at 26 weeks and 3 days they ran tons of blood tests and I tested positive for lupus anticoagulant and I am currently 24 weeks and 6 days with my rainbow baby boy but I tested positive for lupus anticoagulant again and now I have to inject myself with enoxaparin everyday until I have my baby I wanted to hear any success stories or some advice of what I have to come ahead , were you induced or have your baby early or at how many weeks did you give birth thank you in advance I'm just scared to death of having a stillborn again especially the closer I am to the time it happened last time heres a picture of my recent ultrasound with his foot close to his face
