Won’t take bottle

So, my Lo is 10weeks, ebf. Have been trying with the bottle since about 3weeks with no success. He has a tongue tie but iv never had any pain and he’s putting on weight like a champion so doctor not worried. Tried a couple of different bottles. He just seems to chomp and chew on the teat, never sucks. Also, he’s not teething. He’l try and take the bottle, even from me just doesn’t get any milk out. Tried the NuK Teats aswel . Anybody any suggestions, or had similar experience has any joy?
