Previous PE and 11 weeks pregnant

I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant. I had a PE a few years back with family history of blood disorders but I tested fine with everything.

I haven’t told my mother or sister because of an earlier reaction they had about my passed health and the baby. They think I’m irresponsible for having a baby that could harm me or have this genetic blood disorder.

I may have to be on shots during my pregnancy but nothing definite. How should I tell them I’m pregnant and hope they will be happy about it?
