Ovulation bleeding, anyone else? Or just me?

Hey ladies I have Graves’ disease and after my levels have come back to normal and my periods have returned to normal I have noticed now for four months in a row that I am bleeding in the window of my ovulation (for about 2-4 days)

It is very light it barely stains a pantiliner or if I use a very light tampon it just stains the tip. After speaking with my endocrinologist and my PC, they have determined this to be ovulation bleeding, which they say is normal.

Do any of you other ladies experienced this during ovulation and if so should I have sex while I’m bleeding or afterwards?
