We don’t have sex anymore 😰

I need some advice, I wasn’t expecting this to happen.

It’s been almost 4 years with my bf and suddenly I’ve just not been wanting to have sex. It’s not that I don’t get turned on anymore, for some reason I just don’t wanna do it? I don’t know why. My confidence isn’t brilliant at the moment but he’s not the one putting me down (it’s my own doing).

And I keep getting self conscious whenever he makes a move.

I keep rejecting him and I feel awful about it. No ones cheating, we rarely argue anymore and our relationship is good but I’m the one that doesn’t wanna have sex and I don’t know what to do?

I spoke to him a few times about it and tried to think of ways to “spice it up”, but nothing appeals to me. I’m 23 and I don’t particularly wanna see a doctor about this. Any advice is appreciated!
