Do you believe in ghosts?

Question

My cousin asked me if I believed in ouija boards, ghosts, etc. 
 I said yes I do. 
& then I asked him if he did & he said no. 
He said he believes in stuff that he can see/hear. He said he would prolly believe in ghosts if something paranormal had happened to him. 
So do you guys believe in ghosts? 
Why & why not? 
Stories?

I do believe in ghosts. When i was 14 i was with my mom in the hospital i was asleep and i woke up because i felt someone was in the room i would sleep beside my mom bed when i opened my eyes i saw a nurse beside her touching her iv and other things when that person turned around it wasn't a normal person her face was creepy her smile was the most scary thing i ever saw ones she looked and smiled at me the monitors in my mom's room started beeping i covered with the blankets closed my eyes and started praying when the nurse that was taking care of her came in the room asked if i knew what happened i told him there was a nurse in here few minutes ago and i told him what she was wearing and skin color (she was dark skin) he asked if i was sure he then told me there was no person like what i described to him on that shift (my mom was in ICU)  and he was the only one in charge of her at that time two days later my mom passed away during her surgery, i was told by some family members that maybe what i saw was Death maybe it was true or not my mom used to play the Ouija bored with her friend before after she stopped doing that she started going to church and stuff later on its when she got sick dr's never found out what really happened to her all her lab work and stuff would come back normal her cartilage shrinked and her throat was the size of a newborn and she wasn't getting enough oxygen to her body she passed away at the age of 36 but when she passed she looked like she was around her 50's

My husband and I are ghost hunters on our free time.  We have a lot of nice equipment which helped us incredibly during our hunts.  I’ve had a ghost touch me once and I panicked because I thought that I had walked through a thick nasty spiderweb.  I’m very afraid of spiders so naturally I freaked out and started clawing at my own face trying to get the “webs” off.  While I was going nuts doing that, my husband looked at me, laughed, and said “calm down there is no way you walked through a web, you are walking directly behind me!”   And he was right, I was literally at his heels behind him.  We used our ghost box and I apologized to the one that touched me lol it turned out that his name was Robert.  (We were hunting in Gettysburg in the battlefield.)
